Employee Benefits
Parental Leave Policy: We offer a six month paid parental leave policy.
Sabbatical Leave: Every employee with a five-year tenure is entitled to a month-long paid sabbatical leave.
401k Retirement Plans: Full-time employees can contribute pre-tax dollars from each paycheck in the 5IVE-sponsored 401(k) investment plan. 5IVE will match 100% of your contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 3% of eligible pay, plus 50% of each additional dollar greater than 3% and no more than 5% of eligible pay. Eligibility is immediate and contributions are 100% vested right away.
Health Plans: 5IVE covers half of the employee’s premium toward two health insurance coverage options. Other health benefits available include dental, vision, HSA plan long- and short-term disability, and more.
