The Project
Rename and rebrand
The Challenge
EOS International (now COVA) found itself at a pivotal moment of growth, maturity and opportunity and tasked us with developing a new brand identity, name and visual system to enhance the organization’s position, support new markets and business opportunities, and deepen existing relationships.
The Solution
Our team dove into learning about the organization and researching the field to discover insights and develop new themes for consideration that would reflect the organization’s purpose, mission, vision and values; inspire positive reactions; project trust and confidence; be linguistically flexible; and reflect the power of clean water resources with a nod to innovation. Ultimately, a new, modern name and tagline was developed that more strongly reflects the organization’s work, the strength of its partnerships, and that’s pronounceable, understandable and coherent in both English and Spanish.
Continued Partnership
After successfully completing the new brand identity, name and visual system, we turned our focus to assisting with the brand launch strategy. Because COVA has staff in the United States and Central America, it was imperative that the strategy respected the cultural nuances of the communities in which COVA operates.
Following the success of the rebrand project, COVA asked us to help update their mission and vision statements and begin the conversation to develop organizational values.
