In honor of the Great Plains Institute’s twenty year anniversary, we were tasked with refreshing the organization’s brand to develop new marketing and communications collateral.
In order to make the brand more approachable and build a platform to streamline communication amongst various stakeholders, we developed a fresh and attractive look to reinvigorate while connecting with a younger audience to grow over the next twenty years. The new iconography was built to establish a simple and appealing visual system for a brand working in a very complex industry. Inspired by their non-partisan approach to climate change, our design expresses the diversity of challenges they address and the powerful role energy plays today.
The refresh came to life online through the organization’s main tool for communication, their website, which we fully redesigned, developed, and launched. The goal to simplify guided every aspect of this project and shines through the user-friendly web experience we created for this innovative institute.
